Shoi was the former Domestic Affairs Official serving the Empire.
Appearance[]
Shoi was a man with short, black hair and a beard. He wore a green uniform with tan shoulder padding on his jacket.
Personality[]
From what little was seen, Shoi was apparently an honest and honorable man who was distraught to learn about the Empire's corrupt state.
History[]
Shoi was brought before the Emperor for supposedly speaking against the Empire's policies and delaying government affairs and was sentenced to death by being drawn and quartered by bulls. After witnessing the Emperor's manipulation by the Prime Minister, Shoi tried to tell the young ruler the truth, but he did not listen, believing Honest instead of him.
Shoi was then dragged away and executed, after Honest promised to "take care" of his beautiful wife. He was presumably succeeded by a man named Seigi.
