Glorious Hands of God: Perfector is a Teigu in the form of a pair of gloves.
History
Perfector was primarily used by Dr. Stylish to increase development in his research and experimentation on Team Stylish, as well as for supporting his teammates. When Seryu lost her arms to Sheele, Dr. Stylish constructed mechanical ones for her and equipped additional features to her arsenal, as well as storing various weaponry within Hekatonkheires' body.
After Stylish's death at the hands of Night Raid, the Teigu was repossessed by the Revolutionary Army. It is now in possession of one of their doctors who somewhat resembles Dr. Stylish in appearance; he was able to perform checks on both Mine, who was rendered comatose after her battle with Budo and Tatsumi, accurately evaluating his condition of being partially fused with Incursio.
Abilities
It increases the speed and precision of the user's fingers by several hundredfold, allowing Dr. Stylish to perform his surgeries quickly and flawlessly. Because of this speed increase, they allowed him to heal any injury short of death.
