Jackaleo is a Danger Beast species shown in Akame Ga Kill!.
Appearance[]
The Jackaleo possess big horns that grow from the side of their heads and curve onward. They are large in size, have yellow fur and lion-like manes, as well as three red eyes with the third being on the forehead.
Description[]
It seems that Jackleo are common in the Empire. One of them was seen attacking Tatsumi after the latter managed to flee from Wave, but it was quickly killed by Akame.
Trivia[]
- The beast's name is likely a reference to the jackalope, a horned rabbit from North American folklore. The "leo" part of its name means "lion".
