This unnamed Doctor is a member of the Revolutionary Army and the current user of Perfector.
Appearance
He is a middle-aged man with dark hair. His outfit consists of a dark pair of trousers, a white shirt and a striped tie. He also wears glasses and is seen smoking a cigarette.
Personality
He is a very serious and calm person and he is always shown with a frown. However, he means well and cares about the well-being of his patients. This was shown when he tried to prevent Tatsumi from becoming a dragon and warned Akame of the consequences of taking a performance-enhancing drug.
History
He is seen with Najenda when he treats Tatsumi. After examining him with Perfector, he sees the presence of the Tyrant in his body. This alarms him and he warns a surprised Tatsumi by saying that he can't use Incursio carelessly anymore. He estimates that Tatsumi can only use Incursio for 3 or 4 more times or else the Tyrant will transform his body permanently.
Before the fight between Akame and Esdeath, he prepared a performance-enhancing drug for Akame. He tried to convince Akame to not take the drug because of the possible side effects.
