Anyone else confused by the emperors gener? He looks more female then male to me, anyone else agree? I mean, his hair style, his facial expressian, and even his eyes look femanen. So did anyone else think he was a girl?

I mean, Teigus can be only use by those who are mentally and physically strong, isn`t.
But the Emperor don`t looks like he is neither of them, maybe is because the only requirement to use Shikoutazer is to have the emperor`s blood, but I always thought that you needed to be strong to control the Danger best inside the weapon.

he was manipulated and controlled by prime minister honest, a man who was skilled in manipulating niave people. what should have happaned was he should have stepped down as emperor

The child Emperor never strikes me as a cruel person, and is merely surrounded by cruel people that manipulate him. Can anyone agree?

This character is such a tragic tale because here is a young boy that was so easily manipulated by the Prime Minister not that his actions don't require punishment because you still have to take blame for your actions but I feel sorry for this boy at the end.
The boy is not evil in nature but was manipulated so easily by Honest, and it makes you feel sorry for him in a way but he has to take responsibility for his deeds because he still did them this tells you how messed up this world really is.

All right, this is something I've been meaning to bring up for a while, but never got to. The Emperor isn't actually named Makoto - instead, it came from Honest's phrase in chapter 4 where he says "Truly, you are the wisest of rulers" with makoto being Japanese for "truly". The manga translators misinterpreted it as "Makoto, you are the wisest of rulers".
In the anime credits and on his character sheet, he is referred to as 皇帝, "Koutei", simply meaning "Emperor". So yeah. It should be changed.
